I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Weggis that surpassed my expectations. the location of the hotel was perfect - nestled up on a hill with breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery. It truly felt like a hidden gem in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were cozy with windows on both sides of the walls, allowing for plenty of natural light and a view to wake up to. Plus, the added bonus of having magazines in the room was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was exceptional. The spread offered a variety of high-quality foods that catered to all tastes. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for exploring the beautiful surroundings. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel.

Hall and staircase area in need of a bit of "brightening up".

This hotel has a great location that is close to town center and not far from a wonderful swimming beach by the lake. The rooms are comfortable and clean with breathtaking views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a lovely array of bread. The friendly staff provides service with a smile.

The WiFi connection can be unreliable in the rooms.

The view of lake and mountains from our balcony was unbelievable! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Dinner in restaurant was very good!

Walls between rooms seemed thin; we could hear when our neighbors were taking their showers.

Comfortable rooms with fabulous views of lake lucerne and surrounding moutains. Hotel is spotlessly clean. All the breakfast food was extremely fresh. We especially enjoyed the beauty of the hotel surroundings. Weggis turned out to be an extremely elegant lakeside village. I suggest a walk along the track behind the hotel, leading to beautfilul country side, countless cherry trees and exceptional views of the mountains and lake lucerne.

Over New Year, I had a great stay at a hotel with stunning views of the lake and mountains in the distance. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of food and I appreciated being able to eat outside on the terrace. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with any requests. the shuttle bus that ran throughout the town was a great service that made getting around very easy.

Although the room offered beautiful views, it was a bit on the small side and lacked some modern amenities like an air conditioning system. the dinner options were a bit limited and I was disappointed that I was not able to dine in the restaurant due to not reserving in advance.

The location is very good, quite and relaxing. The view is very nice over the lake. Close to the village centre. Excellent place to spend a relaxing weekend.

The hotel Friedheim is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood of Weggis. Situated up on a hill, surrounded by greenery as far as the eye can see, it offers a tranquil and peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway. The rooms with their windows on both sides of the walls provide breathtaking views of the picturesque landscape. It's a delight to wake up to such beauty and even more so to enjoy a cup of coffee while flipping through the magazines provided. The attention to detail is evident, from the well-maintained amenities to the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread, with its high-quality foods, is a true treat for the taste buds.
